NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS for Convention 2008.
Let me know if you would like to be added to the waiting list and what you would like to be added for. Thanks. Cindy
This is a repeat of a litter that did extremely well at convention. Each bunny that I showed from the first cross placed in the top 10 of it's class. Sorry about the bottom pics...the flash kinda washed their color out a bit. The top photo is most accurate. I will be keeping one of the blacks from this cross. They are out of Downtime and a black JC3 doe.
Black doe. Going to have extremely nice fur. Full throughout body and low hind. Littermate to this row of kits. I have 2 blacks reserved so this one has to go through first pick. $100 Deposit made and on hold.
Castor doe. Going to be tiny and typey. Fur is very nice. Full sister placed 2nd in her class at convention. Other sister was 6th in white jr doe class. I have no castors reserved so for sale. $100 Deposit made and on hold.
Black doe is staying here for now.
I have 6 tortes and broken tortes reserved so these are on hold until that person has a first right of refusal. Bunny at right is $150. Other bucks are $100 I like the type on all of these bucks. The buck at right has the best color and all have very similar fur.
Dad Broken torte buck sold to Jerry Hicks
Mom's photo coming soon. Mom is out of a black Compart doe that produced the BOV black youth doe from 2005 at convention. She was returned after this litter to Comparts for more breeding.
These bunnies have gorgeous fur. Lovely texture and finish with very nice density. I am going to be keeping one but I haven't chosen one just yet. There are two does and a buck. The father has been sold and I need to keep a replacement for him as I am very happy with the two litters that have come out of him. These are on hold until the person with the reservations and I have pick of them. I expect they will produce VERY nicely and show very well as well. Prices will be added after I pick my pick of litter.
Icebox's Torque This doe is out of Sand and Little Bit. This doe has a REALLY thick coat nice type. She is not quite as nice as her sister on the type area so she will be for sale. Her fur is the better of the two but I just can't help but keep for type. This is a fur on fur breeding on a doe with type and fur. The sister got the type but this one got the fur and ya can't shake a stick at her type either. She's young so show her all you like. $150 SOLD Jamie
Icebox's __________This little gal is out of 56 and Husky. I have some better blacks coming up that are going to surpass this gal so she is for sale. She's a very promising doe and would make a great brood or show doe Her mom took care of her very first litter without a hitch. She was destined for convention but I didn't make it so she is in prime now and should be bred before spring. She may carry blue but will not carry chin as her mom carries white and her dad is a white. She has very pretty bright color. $200 (ON HOLD Lauren)
D7H1 This little doe is one that I would normally save for convention or Nationals. She's tiny and typey an is a very easy keeper...almost a bit of a fattie but still a youngin so has some time to overcome that. She has good structure in her shoulder, is full to the table and has excellent texture. She has a nice head and ear and is easy to set up. She has no stray whites or white spots. $200 (ON HOLD Lauren)
D7H2 This buck has the best coat of the litter. Very thick with great texture...going to be a coat buck. Nice and close coupled with an excellent hindquarter in both depth and width down low. His ears are nice and thick. He's borderline on going overweight but would make an excellent buck for production as his strengths far outweigh his weaknesses. He does have a couple white spots due to injuries...(they are lines of white from scratches) but has no other stray whites. He would make an excellent herd sire and is from some strong fur and type breeding lines. $150 (ON HOLD Wendy)
NOTE: D7H1 through D7H4: These D7H babies (the four below and including the one at left)...are a close repeat of a cross that produced a blue with EXTREME density and texture and nice type. The mom is D7 and the dad is Husky. D7 is a full sister to D5 who produced the blue that is mentioned above. This is the entire litter and I have only listed them for sale for the PA show. If they don't sell there, they will be held back until Nationals and will likely be sold there.
This litter was VERY consistent and this line develops depth and very short shoulders as they age. Their mom and aunt both placed in the top 10 of their classes at Rhode Island Convention. Dad wasn't shown but he is where the coat is coming from...mom and aunt are typey does. This is a fur on type cross and the type is there for sure. Fur is good to very good across the board as well.
They go back to my castor buck Down Time, my white buck Jamie, and are the product of 4 generations of trying to put the genetics I want in a line together.
This is this does first litter...and she took care of them on the first try. Good mom lines.
D7H3 This little buck has a very even coat is tiny and cobby and has an excellent head and ear and very good texture. He is destined for Nationals if he doesn't sell in Pa. He will only be coming to Pa if he is reserved in advance. He's full to the table and a very promising show prospect. HIs color is very clean with no stray white hairs. $200 (ON HOLD Lauren)
D7H4 This little doe has a butt like a mack truck. She is VERY wide to the table and actually widens just before you touch the table. She has very nice texture and is going to have nice density as well. She is going to be a bigger doe and does have a few stray whites if you really search for them.... but no white spots. She would make an excellent brood doe and is a nice way to get into this line at a bit of a discount. $100 (SOLD Kati)
Afraid to use bigger animals in your herd...read this...I also have references of those who have used bigger animals from my line. E-mail me for more information at iceboxdesign@hotmail.com
Icebox's Torque Taken 1-21-08
This doe goes back to EZDae's storm lines. she is very typey and I was going to keep her as a brood doe but with the onslaught of a billion blacks being born here this last month...I am going to take a risk and move her to keep one of those babies. Her fur isn't super thick but is very even and has great texture. she will make a great brood doe.Her brother was a blue so she may carry blue as well. $150 (SOLD Kati)
PLEASE NOTE:
ON HOLD means I have a verbal confirmation of sale but no monetary deposit.
SOLD means there is a monetary deposit.
TRI BREEDERS>>>A unique opportunity to improve your tri lines with a combination of EZDaes, Fredrickson's, Icebox's, and Berlena's and KT's lines. I can personally speak for the Icebox end of this pedigree. Down Time has consistently produced animals that were in the top 10 at Nationals in black, blue and white. He's still here and still producing just as consistently. JC3 has also been a consistent producer of very high quality babies and although she is not here anymore...the lines behind her are still here and are consistently producing some of the nicest textured and extremely even and fast finishing coats in my barn.
I will tell you that these animals are SELF HARLEQUINS...they need to be crossed on known agouti carriers to produce showable tris. If you have a broken red buck or a known agouti tri (look for white eye circles, ear lacing, and nostril lacing) and you will be well on your way to some fantastic quality tris.
BLACK BREEDERS>>>These does would also be a great start for someone who wants a cheaper way into my black lines...as if they were bred to black, they will produce blacks. I don't recommend them for a torte line as the tortes will only bring out the harlequin more.
The does are currently on litters and will be for sale after their litters are weaned. There are also several bunnies in the litter with harlequin markings that will likely be for sale as well.

Please note that the doe on the left is not set up correctly in the photo. She's rocked pretty far back over that hindquarter and I think her type is much nicer than this photo shows. She will need to be bred to a very dark tri buck as her coloring is rather light on black but the other doe should produce very nicely marked tris with or without a tri buck with a lot of black. These are some of my best lines...so snap them up quickly or you will be missing out on a heck of a deal!
